Human Machine Interface – HMI
This course introduces Human Machine Interface its definition, Operation and application to industrial automation and control systems. It provides learners the tools for creating a graphical representations of plant operation.
Learners will be able to create simple to complex HMI applications which demonstrate the use of graphic symbols, animation, links, fault and alarm, scripts and historical trends for monitoring and controlling machine and process automation systems. The created application shall be linked to programmable logic controllers (PLC) to show the actual operation of the whole system.

- Establish a new HMI application.
- Establish the link to the tags used in the PLC application program , Graphics Design, Alarm information, Logic Control and Data Log.
- Establish the transferring of an HMI application for execution, Diagnostic Setup, Tag Import and Export Wizard, Application Manager.
- Create an HMI system such as Project setting, runtime security, Diagnostic List Setup, CSV Export Setup, Global Connection and Setup
