BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Introduction
Overcoming the resistance of establishing a novel concept requires a significant amount of
risk and work when starting and running a new company. In starting and expanding a new business,
the entrepreneur bears the risks and benefits associated with the venture’s growth and survival.
Entrepreneurs who expand internationally or who are globally oriented by birth are particularly
vulnerable to this risk.
Over two million new enterprises being launched annually (despite a 70% failure rate),
there is an increasing amount of research being done on the subject, and there are many courses
and seminars available. Entrepreneurship is of great interest to consumers, businesspeople, and
government officials worldwide, as evidenced by the extensive media coverage and focus on the
subject, as well as the realization that it is an important aspect of the economics of developed,
developing, and even controlled economies.

The course covers all the components of business management and the entrepreneurial
process that go into starting a new firm, as well as the creative and innovative aspects of it. It will
