The administration and office management course will impart new leadership
abilities. These skills will cover staffing, organizing, planning, communicating, regulating,
coordinating, and motivating a team of people. They will also cover managing reception and
office operations, particularly in a business setting. Students who take this course will be able
to oversee staff- guest interactions, ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and
enhance their managerial skills—all of which will help them advance in their careers as
Managers or Administrators in the office.
